AI Content Acceptable Use Policy

Who can use the service

The service is for adults aged 18 or older creating clearly disclosed AI entertainment with their own photos or photos of other consenting adults. Every depicted person must have expressly agreed to this use. Permission does not make otherwise prohibited content acceptable.

Videos are generated using Seedance 2.0 Fast. Results are synthetic and must not be presented as real footage, evidence, endorsements, or authentic statements or actions by another person.

1. Pornography and NSFW content

Do not upload, request, generate or distribute pornography, sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation or fetish content. Non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic sexual imagery and sexual deepfakes, is strictly prohibited.

2. Violence and gore

Do not create graphic injuries, gore, torture, threats, glorification of violence, or content promoting terrorism, violent extremism or mass violence. Content that facilitates weapons of mass destruction is prohibited.

3. Hate speech

Do not create hateful, dehumanizing or discriminatory content, incitement to violence or genocide, or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics.

4. Child safety and minors

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization, exploitation, grooming or abuse of minors is absolutely prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated depictions. This service also prohibits non-sexual uploads or generated depictions of anyone under 18. Do not submit photos of children or people whose adult age you cannot establish.

5. Deepfakes and impersonation

Do not create non-consensual or deceptive deepfakes, impersonate another person, or falsely attribute speech, conduct, consent or endorsements to them. This includes celebrities, public figures and private individuals. Do not use another person’s likeness without express permission, even as a joke, or use a generated video for fraud, harassment, blackmail or misleading political communications.

6. Copyright and trademark infringement

Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights. Use only material you own or are authorized to use. Do not imply affiliation with a brand, performer, model provider or other rights holder, or remove required ownership notices.

Content moderation process

Before submission, users must affirm that they are adults, that all depicted people are consenting adults, and that they accept this policy. The server validates that confirmation and checks account restrictions before accepting uploads and generation requests. The service uses fixed generation instructions rather than an unrestricted user prompt field.

We process rejection and violation signals returned by the generation provider. A task marked rejected, blocked or in violation is stopped and its result is not made available; reserved generation credits are returned. Uncertain provider submissions are held for investigation rather than repeatedly submitted.

The operator reviews reports received through customer support, considers the relevant task and available evidence, and may restrict an account or remove access to content. Child-safety and non-consensual intimate-content reports receive priority. Relevant provider outcomes and enforcement decisions are recorded.

Do not attempt to bypass these controls, provide false permission confirmations, abuse the reporting channel or evade a restriction using another account.

Report content or a safety concern

Anyone can report suspected violations, including a person depicted without permission. Use the Report a content violation email link below or the customer support email in the site-wide footer. You do not need an account to report a concern.

We accept reports about photos uploaded to this service, videos generated through it, and misuse of the service or an account. Reports may concern pornography or NSFW content, violence or gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material or other depictions of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, unauthorized or deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity-rights violations. We can investigate misuse of our service and restrict access to content we host; removal of copies hosted elsewhere must also be requested from the relevant platform.

Include the relevant task ID or page URL, the type of concern, a brief explanation and a way to contact you. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM or intimate images; provide identifiers and a description instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

We will acknowledge receipt, complete an initial assessment and reply within 3 business days of receiving a content report. We prioritize child-safety and non-consensual intimate-content reports and may restrict access to reported content while investigating. Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in China, using China Standard Time (UTC+8).

We will investigate, take any appropriate enforcement action and notify the reporter of the outcome within 7 business days of receipt. If a complex case or missing information prevents a final decision within that period, we will send a progress update within those 7 business days, explain what remains to be reviewed or what information is needed, and provide an expected completion date. We will send further updates at least every 7 business days until the case is closed.

Our response explains the decision and available next steps, subject to legal limits on disclosing personal data or investigation details. Reporter details are shared only when necessary to investigate or comply with law. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves lead to restrictions. If you disagree with an enforcement decision, you may use the appeal channel below.

Enforcement actions

Depending on the severity, evidence and history of a violation, we may issue a warning, reject a request, remove access to generated content, suspend generation and purchases, or permanently block those features for the account. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate action. Where legally required, we preserve relevant records and report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities.

A provider refusal alone does not automatically result in a permanent ban. Confirmed failed or rejected generation tasks return their reserved credits. An account restriction does not automatically forfeit purchased credits; refunds and remaining balances are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Appeals and policy updates

If you believe an action was taken in error, email support with the subject Account enforcement appeal. Include your account email, the relevant task or case ID, and an explanation or evidence. The operator will reconsider the decision and communicate the outcome; do not send prohibited images as evidence.

The current policy and its update date are published on this page. Material changes to the permitted use of the service will be communicated through the website or account notices as appropriate.
